Why the business exists

We coordinate the details so you can focus on the show.

Brands need the physical environment, graphics, products, technology, and staff to arrive in the right order. Las Vegas Display Rental exists to turn those moving parts into one reviewable project plan.

Our clients include exhibitors, retail and consumer brands, technology teams, hospitality brands, event marketing agencies, and corporate planners. The right solution begins with your event and business goal, not a generic inventory claim.

Facilities

Las Vegas and Orlando locations support project coordination

Use the nearest location as a starting point, then confirm the event schedule, exhibit routing, services, and delivery plan with the project team.

How programs are managed

Standards that make the project easier to review, approve, and operate

A clear operating plan helps every stakeholder understand decisions, deadlines, responsibilities, and show-floor requirements.

Facts before assumptions

Start with the official event, venue, dates, footprint, and service requirements so your plan is grounded in reality.

One clear plan for a confident show day

Connect design, graphics, production, freight, qualified labor, installation, and dismantle into a single coordinated effort.

Clear communication from approval to move-in

Make roles, milestones, and show-specific requirements visible so your team knows exactly what to expect.

Transparent delivery boundaries

Keep in-house graphics, our coordination role, venue rules, and third-party labor responsibilities explicit.

Clear exhibit selection

Keep the selected exhibit, images, size, features, and quote requirements connected to the final project plan and proposal.

A plan that continues after the show closes

Define dismantle, outbound documents, rental returns, client-owned assets, and final destinations before move-in.

In-house graphics and exhibit production planning

Graphics and show-floor coordination

In-house graphics connect with qualified installation teams

Graphic production can be managed in-house across file review, production, finishing, packing, installation planning, and replacement timing. Qualified third-party labor providers perform installation and dismantle under the requirements of the organizer, venue, general contractor, exclusive services, and local labor conditions.

Our team has experience coordinating with established trade-show general contractors and labor groups including Teamsters, Carpenters, IATSE, and IBEW. We align drawings, schedules, responsibilities, and handoffs so each provider knows what the project requires.

Clear handoffs from production to show floor

Your plan identifies who produces, ships, receives, installs, supports, dismantles, and returns each part of the exhibit.

Frequently asked questions

Company and operating-model questions

The answers use only approved history, facility, contractor, labor, graphics, and consultation facts.

How long has Las Vegas Display Rental been operating?

The company was founded in 2014 and reports a portfolio track record of more than 500 builds.

Where are the confirmed facilities?

The confirmed facilities are 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 500, Las Vegas, NV 89169 and 7574 Presidents Dr, Orlando, FL 32809. A facility address does not by itself guarantee inventory, service radius, or response time for a specific event.

What general-contractor experience supports the team?

The approved company record includes experience coordinating with established trade-show general contractors. Every event still follows its current organizer, venue, and contractor structure.

Which labor relationships are part of the company record?

Labor relationships include Teamsters, Carpenters, IATSE, and IBEW. Qualified third-party labor providers perform installation and dismantle; the project team coordinates the approved scope, schedule, drawings, supervision expectations, and handoffs.

Are graphics produced in-house?

In-house graphic production is part of the operating model. Artwork, color, substrate, finishing, quantity, file specifications, approval, production, packing, installation, and replacement timing are confirmed for each project.

Does an introductory conversation reserve an exhibit?

No. A consultation or submitted brief does not create an order, inventory reservation, availability guarantee, show participation right, or obligation to purchase. Confirmed scope and commercial terms are handled separately.
