Website and project data

Privacy Policy

Last updated July 19, 2026

This policy explains the information used to operate this website, protect public forms, review exhibit and event requests, store private project files, and respond to prospective clients.

Information submitted in a project brief

The five-step quote form can collect a name, company, business email, phone, preferred contact method, show or event name, city, venue, start and end dates, footprint, selected exhibit, exhibit needs, design direction, budget band, notes, jurisdiction, and an acknowledgement that the request starts a consultation. Optional files may include PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, or PDF materials that you choose to provide.

Drafts stored in your browser

The form can save an unfinished draft in session storage so it can be restored during the same browser session. This draft remains on your device and is not a submitted lead. You can clear it by resetting the form, closing the session, or using your browser controls.

How submitted information is used

Submitted information is used to validate the request, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, understand the event and exhibit scope, review supplied files, contact the requester through the selected method, prepare consultation or proposal work, coordinate an approved project, maintain business records, secure the service, and meet applicable obligations.

The consultation acknowledgement is not a marketing opt-in. A project request does not create an order, inventory reservation, event right, or obligation to purchase.

Private attachments

Accepted files are uploaded through short-lived signed requests into private object storage with server-side encryption. The website validates the supplied name, extension, MIME type, size, signed upload reference, and selected file signatures before accepting a lead. Upload references expire and are bound to the submission. Private files are not intentionally published as catalog or editorial media.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not upload payment-card data, government identification, health information, passwords, export-controlled material, or other information that is unnecessary for an exhibit consultation.

Security and abuse-control data

The public endpoints can process request origin, timing, honeypot, idempotency, and privacy-preserving hashes derived from network or request signals to enforce rate limits, detect misuse, and protect the service. The system is designed not to store a raw network address in the public lead record solely for rate limiting.

Systems and service providers

Lead details may be stored in the project database, attachments in private object storage, and an approved request may be delivered through a configured secure CRM or email webhook to the Las Vegas Display Rental rental team. Hosting, database, object-storage, communications, security, and professional service providers may process information for the limited purpose of operating or supporting the service under their applicable terms and safeguards.

Retention

Information is retained for the period reasonably needed to respond to the request, manage an approved project or business relationship, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable business or legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type and context. Expired or abandoned upload reservations are designed for cleanup and are not treated as completed project briefs.

Jurisdiction and privacy rights

The form asks for a jurisdiction selection so the request can record relevant privacy context, including an EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland selection when applicable. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and to complain to an appropriate authority. Rights and exceptions vary by law and circumstances.

To make a request, email rentals@lasvegasdisplayrental.com. The team may need to verify identity and the relationship to the submitted record before completing a request.

Cookies and authenticated services

The public marketing site does not need an advertising cookie to submit the consultation form. The same software repository also contains a separate authenticated operations application, which can use essential authentication and security mechanisms for authorized users. Third-party sites linked from this website apply their own privacy policies.

Children

This business-to-business website and project form are not directed to children. Do not submit a project brief on behalf of a child or include unnecessary personal information about a minor.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the website, service providers, security controls, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current published version.

Contact

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to rentals@lasvegasdisplayrental.com or discussed by phone at (702) 766-9832. For an exhibit project rather than a privacy request, use the five-step project brief.
